Incredible. Brill's prices for their books are, too--- although they
are obviously only aimed at libraries (and cheaper editions await
paperback publication). Let me say, though, that I think that
Historical Materialism consistently publishes important work for
anyone serious about Marxist theory; if you buy a subscription to the
print edition of the journal, you have access, too, to everything
on-line (including back issues). The price per article, then, falls
significantly.
