Did Marx determine the advanced c and v in terms of the values or
simple prices (prices proportional to values) of means of production
and wage goods?

No he did not. Marx has been misread for one hundred years. Alejandro
Ramos Martinez and Fred Moseley have shown that. I have shown that
Marx has been misread as to the error to which he was in fact
admitting.

The TP literature is based on a misreading as to what the actual
problem is, which (given the fetishistic representation of social
labor time) always has to be one of going from known prices to
unknown values not the other way around.
