Dear All, I am sorry to hear about Cajo's death. I attach his essay on
Kronstadt of 1971, which appeared in English in a collection that Sergio
Tischler and I edited in 2002. I hope it is of interest. Unfortunately, I
was only able to send the complete book. Cajo's chapter is chapter 2. best
