Hi Jurriaan:
 
No, I simply mean that the PRC has a capitalist economy and that the government
and party leadership have come to recognize that.
 
Of course there is a huge industrial reserve army and mass poverty
in China - just as there is many other capitalist economies. Of
course there will continue to be characteristics of Chinese society
that bear the stamp of having been created while China was socialist
- just as many other capitalist societies have remnants of feudalism
and slavery.
