I still owe Fred my own reply to his ope-l 1850. But I just wanted to
indicate that Alan Freeman's interpretation of the Kliman and McGlone
interpretation of the transformation is "correct," i.e., what we
intend.
On first reading (at least), I concur with the other aspects of Alan's
reply to Fred as well.
The key point, for now, is that, like Fred, we agree that the surplus-
value is fully and completely transformed in a single period, and
(in all illustrations of the transformation we've presented) depict it
as such.
