Dear Duncan,

I am interested in buying your book. Will it be available in
bookstores (like Labyrinth Books) in late March when I'll do a quick
journey in NY & Washington D.C.?

Which is the mathematics used in the book? I am curious about what
is the meaning of 'advanced undergraduate' students.
