Fred has asked for others' opinions on his debate with Ajit.
I agree with Fred's interpretation. The amount of money capital
advanced is initially taken as a given by Marx. (IMHO this
corresponds to the fact that money, as both means of circulation and
as capital, is historically prior to wage labor as the dominant form
of production.)
I also agree with Fred's evaluation of the quality of Ajit's posts in
this debate -- way too much insult and derision, way too little
