Hi,

In Hegel's Logic(pp. 189-190), CONTENT has its own form, which I must call an internal form, in distinction from the external FORM. Content's own form and its external form.
So, value is an internal form. Exchange value and price are external forms.
Abstract labor is not the content of the value form but the substance of the value content.
The difference of the content and the substance is that one has a form but the other does not.
This is a principle in the LOGIC. Confusions arise from ignoring the LOGIC.

Two content's own forms: value and price of production
Two external forms: direct price and money price of production

In solidarity
