Another question is where do the classicals use "labor theory of value"? A quick look and I cannot find the expression (I couldn't find an online access to Ricardo's Principles and don't have the time to carefully examine the book itself; however, I do not find the phrase in an online access to Smith's Wealth, nor in the decent index for Sismondi's New Principles). Is it a post-Marx expression, attempting to tie Marx to the classicals under one umbrella?
