In the title for Sieber's Chapter 4 (only, but this is the chapter dealing with Marx) we have "Marx's theory of value" and a text passage reads "As for Marx's theory of value and his general theory of money, here, in my opinion, is contained the following new and important scientific propositions, which impart to Ricardo's theory a fuller and more complete form, and also endorse its validity with new proofs". Nothing else and nothing with "law of value".
