I have never considered myself as writing for an outside audience when
posting on this list and, in fact, this remark of Jerry's is the first
time I realize that others may see the list somewhat differently than a
list to dialogue to advance Marxist political economy and to learn from
each other in the process.

I was not stimulated by the 'poll' question and thus did not respond.  
That's all.  My silence is not in any way intended to undermine
appreciation of Marxist political economy.
