The  archive section of  the Center for Socialist History  Web site 
is primarily dedicated to publishing the unpublished and out-of-print 
writings of  Hal Draper:

One major project that they have begun is the online publishing 
of the Draper ed. _Marx-Engels Cyclopedia_, now out-of-print but 
originally published by Schocken Books.  The Chronology is 
currently complete from l8l8 - 37 and they plan on publishing the
rest at their site eventually.
