It would have to be short - and fast because the war starts in a couple of weeks, resolution or no. Incidentally there is a good bit of inter-imperialist rivalry at the UN. There was a piece in the Times by an ex-conservative MP. He said he was a dove, then went through all the anti-war arguments rubbishing them, so one thought why IS he against the war. In the last line it came out - he was against the aggrandisement of a super-imperialist US swallowing up Britain.
