Michael and others, Here's the ToC for Mommer's last book (Oxford, 2002). I believe that Mommer and Cyrus both wrote for a special issue of the Braudel Review in the late 80s. I won't be able to read this book until late April but I do want to figure out how they theorize rent and OPEC differently. Cyrus has said that he has not yet read the book. Martha Campbell recently wrote a piece on Marx's theory of rent in the volume which she edited with Geert Reuten. I look forward to reading that too.
