See the URL below for an interview with Michael Hudson, the
author of _Super-Imperialism_,  first published in 1973 (see [8635]
for information on 2nd edition).   In the interview he says "Marxists
are not so much concerned with finance these days."    That's odd --
I think that there has been quite a bit of interest among Marxists on
finance in recent years.
