A story by George Wright in _The Guardian_ (June 4, 2003). Some candid quotes from Paul Wolfowitz, the US deputy minister of defense. He said that the claim that Iraq had "weapons of mass destruction" was "for reasons that had a lot to do with US government bureaucracy." The real reason for the war was, in contrast to N.
