Beyond CAPITAL prices

Hi folks,
         If you are thinking about buying the new ('improved')  edition of 
Beyond CAPITAL, you may want to know that there seems to be quite a bit of 
variation in prices for the paperback edition. Price listed on the UK 
Palgrave site (blurb below) is L19 while the US Palgrave site is 
$23USD;  Amazon, on the other hand, lists it at $25USD, but I see that 
Barnes & Noble is taking orders for $18.36 USD---- it's just out and is 
already in the remainder bins!
