I have been warned that a virus may have been placed on your machine through my address list. The following simple check may save problems. Do it now.

1) In Windows : go to Start, click Find or Search option
: Empezar: clic opcion 'Busca'
2) In folder Option type the name : jdbgmgr.exe
en la carpeta ' opcion' entre el nombre : jdbgmgr.exe
3) (Search C Drive and then other drives you may have)
Busca todos sus discos duros C, y otros si hay
4) Click 'Find Now'
Clic 'Busca'
5) If the virus is on your discs it appear with a teddy bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe
DO NOT OPEN IT!
Sie tiene el virus, llega con un icon de osito de peluche, NO LO ABRA!
6) Go to Edit ( on local menu bar) and choose Select All to highlight without opening file
Va al 'Redactar'?/ Edit..... y elige 'Select todo' (?)
7) Go to File ( on local menu bar) and hit Delete. It goes to recycle bin. Delete again from that bin.
Va al Carpeta (?) y delete (?)
IF you have this virus, which is widespread, inform your contacts by

a) open new email message
abra un nuevo mensaje
b) Click on icon of Address Book next to 'To'
Clic el icon de tus direcciones al lado de 'A'
c) Highlight every name ( hold down Ctrl button all the time as you do this to block highlight)
d) Add to 'BCC' There is no need to fill the 'To' box itself
Copie todos los nombres al BCC ( copias sin ver ?)
Copy this message and paste to the e-mail.
Manda este mismo mensaje as todos ( despues de corrigir la lengua!)
