It has been put back in print by Transaction (U.S.) with a new
introduction by Dragan Milovanovic. I have assigned the book and
Chris' introduction which is included in the reissue. Important
critics of Pashukanis include Robert Sharlet, Robert Fine, Steven
Lukes (see his Marxism and Morality), and of coure Howard
Engelkirchen.
I have hoped that Chris and Howard would discuss each other's views.
John H has also written sympathetically about Pashukanis.
