 Here is another interesting article on taxation, analysing the effect of
recent tax cuts in the USA. It suggests that the tax cuts actually imply a
greater long-term financial burden for low-income and middle-income earners.
It also illustrates the difficulties in assessing quantitatively the effects
of the transfers of income between the state and citizens.
