That was my suspicion too, it is years since I read the
grundrisse so I dont remember exactly his take on it then.
I will try chcking it up on the 1861 manuscript

The earliest I know is in the Grundrisse (and, then, more in the 1861-63
Mss). I'd love to know if there was anything before.
