Hi Andrew T.

I asked the author, Eckhard Hein" <Eckhard-Hein@BOECKLER.DE>,
and he informed me that the first part of the discussion paper focusing
on money, credit and the interest rate in Marx's economics has been
extended and published as:

"Money, credit and the interest rate in Marx's economics. On the
similarities
of Marx's monetary analysis to post-Keynesian economics", in: _International
Papers in Political Economy_, Vol. 11 (2), 2004, pp. 1-43.

An extension of the second part dealing with Marx's theory of capital
accumulation has been written but hasn't been published yet.

In solidarity, Jerry
