Ricardo mentioned that only Chapter 1 has been translated into English;
however, an additional 40 pages of translation appear in *The Rosa
Luxemburg Reader*, by Hudis and Anderson, Monthly Review, 2004.  It is on
the dissolution of primitive communism from her Chapter 3.  Chapter 2 and
four of ten other chapters were lost.
