Jon Beasley-Murray announced on the aut-op-sy list 
that the Spoons Collective is in the process of being
dissolved.  

The Spoons Collective once hosted the [long since
defunct] 'Marxism' list and many Marxian offshoots of 
that list.  Most of those offshoots went elsewhere years
ago -- e.g. to utah and emory -- but if you look at the
following you will see quite a number of radical lists
still (but not for long) hosted at village.virginia.edu:

Together with the recent retirement of the server at CSF 
(Committee for a Sustainable Future) this represents a 
significant drop in the resources available for radical mailing 
lists on the Internet.
