Review of Political Economy

Books for Review

Hello, all. The Review of Political Economy has received review copies of the following books. If you are interested in reviewing one or more of them for us, please get in touch with me via e-mail at mongiovg@stjohns.edu. We regard book reviews as an important mechanism for the transmission of information in our discipline. A review should give a clear idea what the book is about, a sense of its relevance, and an assessment of its strengths and weaknesses. As in the past, if I don’t know you, please include a bit of information about yourself and your qualifications for reviewing the books you selected. I’ll take a couple of weeks to sort through competing requests and then get back to you. It’s usually a good idea to indicate alternate selections. Finally, you may want to visit publishers’ websites to find out more about a book before requesting it, to be sure whether it’s in your line. I look forward to hearing from many of you.

Many thanks in advance.

Gary Mongiovi
