This is a  -- surprisingly? -- harsh critique. The authors claim that
Williamson's research program is "pure apologetics" and that
Williamson himself (playing on the title of his 1985 book) is an 
"institution of capitalism."  Do others on the list agree with the 
critique of Ankarloo and Palermo?
