I would be interested in this as well - I do alot of work with the dairy industry which internationally, and particularly in New Zealand, is dominated by producer co ops and hence have developed an interest in co-op governance, be it producer driven, such as Fonterra (biggest dairy export company in world), or worker driven, like the US west coast Plywood industry
