The attached article by Shir Hever on the economic cost to Israel of the
settlements was brought to my attention by Antonio Pagliarone
<antonio.pagliarone@fastwebnet.it>, who, btw, continues to add more and
more articles which I think listmembers will find of interest (especially
because many of those articles were written by OPE-Lers) at
<http://www.countdownnet.info>.  The attached article is 16 pages but the
last 4 (of 20) pages are also of interest as they contain information on
the Alternative Information Center (AIC) and their monthly publication
_The Economy of the Occupation_.
