Thanks for that Jerry - but if you don't mind me asking, where exactly did
you source that data?

I suppose if I wanted to examine the industrialisation thesis, I would also
have to consider the number of people employed.

Industrialisation of course does not need to be limited to manufacturing.
Many services also take an industrial form.
