returns so far that Chavez has 61.4 and Rosales 38. 3.

Well, if the exit polls are to be believed, Chavez won handily. Most
recent ones I've heard informally have Chavez at 67%. Reuters has
reported one from a pollster who worked for PDVSA and had
pre-election polls of 59% as saying the exit poll results now are
confirming these. Here are some others reported (though
misinformation reigns there) on various blogs:
