Perhaps, but:

1) Aushwitz was a huge complex and the different sections of inmates were
largely segregated from each other, so I think it's unlikely (but,
possible) that Rosdolsky and Levi met each other there.

2) Levi spent the last years of his life in Turin; Rosdolsky emigrated
to the US in 1947 and died in Detroit.
