A post on the subject of "China's dilemma" was not delivered to an
address in China for the following reason:

Evidently, a server in China is scanning messages for "bad words".
But, what were the "bad words" in the article which was forwarded?
I suspect that a computer program has been developed which scans for
words and expressions which are not acceptable *politically* from the
standpoint of authorities in the receiving country.
