I am not yet thoroughly familiar with Ridbertus either. There seems to be little by or on Rodbertus translated into English. By Rodbertus there is Overproduction and crises, (Social science series. 92) C. Scribner (1898) reprint B. Franklin (1971). On Rodbertus there is Gonner, E.C.K., The social philosophy of Rodbertus. London, 1899. reprint Adamant Media Corporation (September 17, 2001). Bortkiewicz for example wrote extensively on the differences between Marx's and Rodbertus's theory of ground rent. Here as in many other cases, the Anglo-Saxon perceptions of the discussions which really took place are hampered by the fact that many writings were simply not translated. Jurriaan
