Hi Alejandro: Yes. *Whatever* is posted, including attachments, becomes archived and can be accessed by the public. All listmembers should bear this in mind in your decisions about what to post. If a paper is _already_ freely made available on the Web then you can post it but in that case you could simply post the url instead. An alternative to posting a paper is to let other listmembers know that you will individually forward a copy to them upon request. If you (or anyone else on the list) are unsure whether it is appropriate in a given circumstance to post a paper then you can ask off-list. In solidarity, Jerry
