(A blogger in China reports:) Let talk a closer look at the World of buyers and sellers of US dollar denominated assets like US Treasuries. Below is the year- to -year net changes in foreign holdings of US Treasuries. These are the latest numbers available from the US Treasury (April numbers are not available yet). These numbers represent the net change for a year (from March 2006 to March 2007).
