 You are certainly right. In the introduction he talks about categories as expressions of the state of the being of society.

This is the objective aspect. In the footnote he talks also about subjective elements in this issue.

There is obviously much more in Marx than in Aristotle on economics, but

the use value / exchange value distinction comes from Aristotle. My argument

is that Marx can go further because he draws in observations from more

sophisticated social relations of production.

This of course was a paraphrase of Aristotle's ideas.

Marx recognises the contribution of Aristotle to this. But remember he 

says aristocratic approach hindered Aristotle to explain the matterfully.

Therefore, it not a restatement of Aristotle's idea.
