Hi Dogan:I meant a separate and distinct academic discipline whichoften seeks to grasp the relations among nations using a unifying theory. This field of study as a formal academicdiscipline post-dated M&E. In their analysis of specific relations among individual nations, M&E generally used(a non-simplistic and non-reductionist form of) *class analysis*.
