[OPE] "Cognitive Capital and Spaces of Mobility" Conference at Gothenberg University

The keynote speakers for this conference include Antonio Negri,
Yann Moulier Boutang, and (OPE-Ler) Cyrus. His paper "The
Globalization of Oil" is available online thru their site (use last link
below).

The deadline for paper presentation (abstract) is Oct. 1; the conference
will
convene during November 1-2, 2008.
