[OPE] Paper about Venezuela.

I am ready to submit to Latin American Research Review the last version of the paper that I presented in the 4th Nordic Latin American Research Network Conference: THE RAWLSIAN BASES OF THE FAILURE OF VENEZUELAN DEMOCRACY.   I am willing to share it with you upon request.   My paper could be useful for those interested in the history that sparked off the emergence of Hugo Chávez as political leader, though my paper interprets his emergence as a sign of decadency. You all know that I support a way to Socialism that takes liberal democracy as a point of departure.   At the same time, I advance a rawlsian theory of political stability (with a simple mathematical model) that I exposed in an earlier version in my PhD dissertation.   Regards,A.
