How much time must elapse between production and consumption in order
to classify a particular kind of concrete labor as productive rather
than unproductive? 1 second, 10 seconds, 3 hours, or more?

What about the labor of a worker who repairs machinery? They do not
produce something that circulates. Their output is a material effect:
basically a haircut for a machine. Are they unproductive too?

An exchange-value does not also need to be a store of value, not even
for a second.
