[OPE] Strathclyde Students Win Agreement

Hi Roy:

Thanks for the update. The original story, saying that the police had been called
in, didn't sound promising. Here's a list of the demands which the University
agreed to.

I suspect that student strikes and takeovers will be on the rise internationally
in response to the economic crisis. Whether there will also be another international
student radicalization during this crisis remains to be seen.
