Yes, for clarity's sake, those comments should have been best relegated to
footnotes. Had the author followed the style of Hegel more closely, then
the reader would be less likely to question the meaning of the author. The
author, also, was in desperate need of a good editor, imo. His presentation also
suffered because it was incompletely systematically dialectical.
