How many times do I have to repeat myself? Value is not "created
by the market", according to VFT. *Nor is it realized in production
in isolation from the market*. No matter how many times you and others
claim that there is no role for production in VFT, it simply isn't true.
It's simply a caricature. But, I can understand why some might object
to VFT - from a Ricardian socialist perspective.
