[OPE] Physics and Economics

Jim Devine posted an article on Benoit Mandelbrot on my pen-l list
condemning economists' appropriation of physics. I covered some of the
humorous history of the economists' machinations at becoming physics
like in The Invisible Handcuffs. You will especially appreciate the
exchange between Macleod and James Clerk Maxwell.
