I agree China is not the only case.
Where you have substantial trade imbalances and where currency levels are systematically undervalued this will occur in other cases.

I agree it is often difficult to assess the magnitudes of unequal exchange, and one of the ongoing projects I am working on from time to time is to construct some good indicators. However although it sounds "cool" and streetwise to refer to unequal exchange as only applying to China, but the same sort of products, currency issues and trading relationships pertain to other countries as well.
