I did not provide the address of the web site of the Journal because it is in Turkish.
However, the journal Felsefe Logos is indexed by "The Philosopger's Index".
As to your question: yes, all papers that are going to be published will be translated into Turkish.
There will be however abtracts in English that are usually published at the end of the Journal.
