What you see Allin is some minor quasi-market mechanisms operating along with socialists dictatorships (Liberman’s reforms in USSR, ‘cuentapropistas’ in Cuba, etc. China has simply become a capitalist dictatorship). The socialist nature of some institutions in capitalist economies (progressive tax systems, social security, free and universal health services, etc.) don’t make them socialist economies.  A.
