[OPE] Chavez expropriates oil sevice companies

Thanks for that - of course, the Financial Times is the ideological voice of
the wealthy, but sometimes they - more or less inadvertently - do have
something significant to say.

Unfortunately there seem to be no good English-language sites for Venezuela
news - either it is boringly predictable, dogmatic Marxist propaganda, or
else it is liberal or Yankee-fascist sneers. To cut through the noise, turns
out to be a lot of work.
