[OPE] Productive labour and capital redistribution (addition)

I forgot to say that a non-profit business may of course make profits on own
account, which are offset against its expenditures. It may only be a matter
of accounting technique whether in fact the business makes a net profit or
not, i.e. how the balance sheets are done and how the income flows are
viewed.
