Yes, Paul B. In more general terms, I think Marxians (and
progressive social theorists) should be extremely suspicious
of any claim about what is "natural". This is not to say that
there isn't such a thing as human nature, but it is such an
abused and ideologically-inspired expression, that suspicion is
warranted.
